Engagement Office Hours:

Andrea Lloyd and Smruti Savkur are the Engagement Team at Innovation UBC. They help researchers learn more about and navigate Innovation UBC’s services. Andrea and Smruti can explore your specific needs and help identify the appropriate resources and support available through the teams at Innovation UBC. 

Intellectual Property Office Hours:

Mala Milanese is Innovation UBC’s Intellectual Property Officer. Mala helps researchers and ventures navigate intellectual property (IP) considerations to advance their innovations and works to promote IP awareness and education within the UBC research community. Mala is available during office hours to meet one-on-one, in-person or virtually, to discuss questions you may have about an invention, the patenting process, and general inquiries related to intellectual property and technology transfer at UBC.
