Thank you to our Evaluation Committee
Every year our community comes out en masse to cheer on our ventures and this year will be no different: after a rigorous application process with a record number of applicants we have a stellar line up ready to take the stage May 13 at UBC Robson Square.
The final teams were selected by our esteemed Evaluation Committee sponsored by Fasken which included Andrea Barrios, Senior Associate at Sandpiper Ventures, Irene Dorsman, CEO of Angel Forum and Geoff Pedlow, Partner, Emerging Tech and M&A at Fasken as well as Innovation UBC Entrepreneurs in Residence Chang Han and Michele Wallcraft. They were pitched by dozens of ventures on their solutions, and in the end, 14 teams were selected to take the stage.
This year, we are thrilled to feature an additional 3 alumni ventures who are back to share 'where they are now' and their asks for our audience for a total of 17 pitches.
We couldn't be more excited for you to meet them.
Interested investors can learn more about the ventures pitching by registering for the event to receive one-pagers on the venture asks in advance of the event.
